Damaged or Defective Product : If your SagePod Mini arrives with manufacturing defects or physical damage
Wrong Product Delivered : If you receive a different product than what you ordered
Missing Components : If any parts or accessories are missing from the package

Minor cosmetic issues that don't affect functionality
Damage caused by improper use or handling by the customer

Q : Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
A : No, once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, we cannot cancel it as we immediately begin processing your unit for shipment.
Q : What if I receive a damaged product but notice after 5 days?
A : While the refund period is 3-5 days, your product is still covered by our 1-year warranty. Contact support for warranty claims.
Q : How long does it take to receive my refund?
A : Once approved, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Bank processing may take additional 2-7 business days depending on your bank.
Q : Can I exchange my SagePod Mini for a different product?
A : We currently do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective product, we'll process a refund and you can place a new order.
